Swans Creek is the newest development by R. G. Williams Construction Co., and is aptly named after the creek which winds through the 100 acre property. The creek meanders along until it finds the Cape Fear River, which in turn makes its way to the Atlantic Ocean near Southport, NC. The natural wetland area is approximately 30 acres of the property and is home to an abundant variety of nature and wildlife.
